You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jl76. This is a legal requirement under Philippine gambling law. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently suspended and any balance forfeited.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jl76 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify jl76 of any changes promptly.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jl76 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include:
jl76 may request additional documentation at its discretion to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jl76 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep login details secure.
Deposits: jl76 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jl76 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash withdrawal processing typically completes within one (1) hour of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within four (4) business hours.
jl76 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts flagged by automated risk systems. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending the outcome of such checks.
jl76 accepts no responsibility for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal receipt caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages beyond jl76's reasonable control.
Currency: All transactions on jl76 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs arising from your payment method are your sole responsibility.
jl76 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

All content on the jl76 Platform — including but not limited to the jl76 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is either the proprietary intellectual property of jl76 or is licensed to jl76 by third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of jl76 or the relevant rights holder.
Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any intellectual property on the Platform. Unauthorized use of jl76's intellectual property may constitute infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl76 shall not be liable for:
In all cases where jl76's liability is not fully excluded by law, jl76's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
In the event of a dispute between jl76 and a Player, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl76 customer support. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be subject to the formal complaints and dispute resolution process established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the jl76 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
